Education in Serbia is neglected (as everything else is), school programs are old fashion and youngsters who want to learn, do it on their own. Majority is just ignorant.

The main reason for this is bad economics of the country and the ruling government that obviously does not have any interest at all in progress, education, peace and prosperity.

This project that is to be created by these people, directly helps the continuity of cultural development and creative life in the city of Novi Sad and can easily be presented abroad, meeting all of already established standards, and pushing it a little further.
